Initiate Your Request
Log in to your KSPACE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
